By registering on the Site you grant PokerSchoolOnline the right to provide to Rational Entertainment Enterprises Limited (referred to herein as "PokerStars"), an affiliate company of PokerSchoolOnline, which owns and operates the Internet site found at www.pokerstars.com (the "PokerStars Site"), all the personal information about you collected by PokerSchoolOnline. You also grant PokerStars the right to provide to PokerSchoolOnline all the personal information about you collected by PokerStars.

We may use your personal information to occasionally send you events and news information and to provide you with customer support services. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletters, you may opt-out of receiving them by following the instructions included in each newsletter.

PokerSchoolOnline may make the following information, in respect of users who registered to the Site ("PokerSchoolOnline Members"), available to other users of the Site (whether registered or not) as the PokerSchoolOnline Member's public profile: the PokerSchoolOnline Member's User ID, the date on which the PokerSchoolOnline Member registered to the Site, the time the PokerSchoolOnline Member last logged into the Site, the country of the PokerSchoolOnline Member's residence, the avatar the PokerSchoolOnline Member chose, the PokerSchoolOnline Member's personal image, the PokerSchoolOnline Member's "message" to the other users, and the PokerSchoolOnline Member's tournament results and level on the PokerStars Site.

2. Confidentiality

PokerSchoolOnline undertakes substantial efforts to protect the confidentiality of the information it has collected about individual PokerSchoolOnline Members and will not knowingly allow access to this information to anyone outside of PokerSchoolOnline, other than to thePokerSchoolOnline  Member or as described in this Privacy Policy. PokerSchoolOnline has made a substantial investment in its server, database, backup, firewall and encryption technologies, deployed in the form of state-of-the-art security architecture, to protect the information collected by PokerSchoolOnline.
 
All PokerSchoolOnline employees are required to comply with the terms of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy provides that employees are obligated to keep PokerSchoolOnline Member information strictly confidential. This obligation continues once an employee has left our Company.

You should also do your part in protecting your information. Your PokerSchoolOnline  Member password is confidential and you should not divulge it to anyone or enable others to discover it.

In addition to legally required disclosures as explained in Section 3 above, we will disclose the information collected about you to PokerStars, and we may also disclose it to our employees, employees of other companies related to or affiliated with PokerSchoolOnline and to third party service providers who use your personal information to provide services to us in connection with your being a PokerSchoolOnline Member. All recipients of your personal information shall be bound by applicable data protection laws to keep your personal information private at no lower a level than that by which we are bound.

5. Your rights in relation to your information

You can write to us at any time to obtain a copy of your information and to have any inaccuracies corrected.
