The first PokerStars PokerSchool league was launched in July 2010 for PokerSchoolOnline, and in honor of theanniversary, we have decided to make some big changes!  We're very excited to announce the details about the new leagues, and can't wait to follow the action on the new Global leaderboards!  So, without further ado -- welcome to the new Poker School Skill Leagues!  With over $44,000 monthly prize pool from the Open and Premier Leagues there is no better time to join PSO. Understand the leaderboard by reading the information on the Legend Page and find out how to improve your own skill rating, (Scoring). Excited?  Well here's the Schedule to let you know where to find the events and the times.
 
Once you have downloaded the software and created your PokerStars account, be sure to register for PokerSchoolOnline as there are many great reasons Why to Join.
 

Knockout Festivals

PSO Knockout Festivals is a weekly Bounty Event for the community. For every player that you knock out of the tournament you will win a bounty. All that is required for your participation is the PokerSchoolOnline Member Ticket. Everyone can get the PokerSchoolOnline Member Ticket by successfully completing the Core Quiz. If you have previously successfully passed the Core Quiz, you should already have a ticket in your PokerStars account. You can find the tournament in the PokerStars client under Tournaments > Private.

PSO Sit & Go Quiz Promotion - Earn 5 x $3.40 Tournament Tickets

PSO has just launched a new Sit & Go Quiz Promotion. The cool thing about this promotion is that for all new players making your first deposit of just $10 minimum (after passing the course) PokerStars will award you the $17 worth of tournament tickets and these tickets alone will get you over half way towards achieving Active Status in the PSO Skill League. It's another win/win for our members.
