Refer a Friend is a program that is available to anyone. The Refer a Friend program allows anyone to refer friends and acquaintances to PSO (who ultimately buy a membership), and earn a FREE MONTH, PLUS a seat in the monthly Refer a Friend Freeroll for their efforts.

Refer a Friend Overview
- Any non-active PSO registrants with a login and password are automatically enrolled into the Refer a Friend program. Your Username is your referral code.
- Simply refer your friends and acquaintances to PSO. When they go to register and buy a membership, they should enter your Username into the "Referred By Username (Optional)" field.
- Once they successfully register and pay, email notification of their registration will be emailed to your address of record. Make sure your email address is correct in your profile.
- For each "Friend" referred, the referring member will receive 1 Refer a Friend point. The first point earns you a FREE MONTH at PSO PLUS enters you into the Refer a Friend monthly Freeroll, where one 6 month BRONZE LEVEL FREE MEMBERSHIP is up for grabs! Don't stop at just one referral though; more referrals give you more starting chips, and a better chance to WIN! Note: All free one month memberships will be awarded on the 1st day of the month following the referral.
- Keep checking the Leaderboard to see who has the most Refer a Friend points. The Leaderboard allows you to see where you stand regarding Refer a Friend points, plus gives you an idea of your chances to win amongst the other players.
Refer a Friend Monthly Freeroll
Participants that earn 1 Refer a Friend Point during the month will earn a seat in a monthly Refer a Friend Freeroll. There will be a minimum 10 players to start the monthly Freeroll. If, for any reason, 10 players do not qualify for the monthly Freeroll, PSO would then pay out 1 extra free month to PSO to each player per referral. Please check the PSO Software for the date and time of the next Refer a Friend monthly Freeroll.
Starting Chip Structure
For each additional friend that is referred by a member, the referring member will be given an increase in starting chips for the Quarterly Freeroll event. There will be no rebuys or add-ons available. The starting chip structure is as follows:
- The base starting chips are 1000 (awarded with 1 referral)
- If multiple referrals are referred, 300 extra starting chips will be awarded per referral (maximum 2700 extra chips)
- 10 referrals or more earn a bonus of an additional 800 chips, for a maximum of 4500 starting chips.
Payout Structure
The prize pool will be one 6 month free membership to the first place winner of the Refer a Friend monthly Freerolls.
