This video discusses the play at LIMIT tournament tables. Starting hand selection again is always the key when playing poker and especially in LIMIT poker were the bettor cannot bet enough (limited betting limits), so pots contested can usually have a number of "chasers." These individuals are also discribed as calling stations and will chase throughout the hand and all the way to the river card.
With tournament play, the escalating blinds and betting limits FORCE players to play questionable and marginal hands, and for others with a chip advantage to pressure shorter stacks. Understand that calling stations early in these events cause you frustrations, however, maintain your patience and discipline throughout the entire event.
Although NL provides the player the opportunity to use a different set of skills and "tools" (ability to use a slider and bet any amount), which aids in bluffing and semi-bluffing, in LIMIT poker, the player must adapt to the situation and use their ability to "read" players and make solid plays to extract the most money possible in a contested pot.
