PSO Testimonials - Bakrauf's Story
There are a number of things I like about PSO in the short time I have been playing here. The games, instructions, the overall sportsmanship, and the outstanding game play. The greatest of all theses things is the PSO community. I have played on a number of pay poker sites and everything seemed stale and old, not so with PSO.
Al Spath and live Skypecasts are a dream come true, as well as the PalTalk tourneys, (no I am not kissing butt!), but where else can you get someone that tells you "that play was terrible!" after a hand? I mean other than from someone who is being a smart a@@. You can actually hear and interact with people behind the poker buttons and screens. I think that is awesome and a thing that is lacking in other poker communities. I think "hey your not a bot, your real" and I get a chuckle out of the online banter. It's "almost as good as being there", especially if you live in the boonies and cannot find a regular game. The competition is amazing. I figured, "aaahhhh, it's a free roll people will be acting crazy, how good can play be?" It's actually better than other pay sites and that speaks volumes for all the members. I took a break from the pay sites, since the idiotic government made it illegal, and probably wont go back. I found was looking around and found this site and I am happier overall than I was before. I think since you have a ranking that everyone can see it makes you a "better" overall player. I do not want an embarrassing score, but then again that stuff happens. I am not a blogger, so don't rip me I just wanted to say "thanks" and for all those that have made me feel welcome to your poker community. I hope to become an active member, do well and contribute whatever I can back to PSO.
