Don't Give Up

By: !!!!zach1129 @ 16:18 (EST) / 224 / Comment ( 0 )

It's December 30th and I'm ranked 1500th just trying to make some cash for the next month. The first tourney I play is the 12CT and i come in about 450th making it about even points. So I'm feeling a little down because I only have 4 more tourneys for the month, I have plans for New Year's Eve... So the next tourney I play I place in pretty easily. The 430CT I also play, I never got over 4k in chips in that tourney. But I got sat down at a really really slow table for the last 100 people I think I may have gotten 2 BB the entire time. So I placed the 4:30 this really made me happy probably boosting my score up almost 70 pts. The next day I checked my ranking, I see I'm in around 850 I'm pretty happy even though this isn't a whole lot of money I'm going to make. Never give up because it can be really easy to make a comeback when your not too far from the money at the end.
