First step into a new year.

So I start my journey into the world of No Limit Texas Hold'em. I have learned how to play poker only 3 years ago during my travel in Australia. I always wanted to learn how to play poker so I decided to join the Australian Poker League (APL).   The APL is a free league in Australia and it gave me the opportunity to learn the card combinations, position, blinds and getting comfortable in a poker environment with other beginners.

After awhile I got bored of the game, I shortly realized that because the game was a 'free league" people played extremely loose and too many times my all-ins would be called by any random cards with my strong suited connectors or high pockets.

After my frustration settled I decided not return to the APL and I jumped online downloaded the PokerStars software. I finally had a taste of people playing real poker. Since then my game has been up and down, I have only really played for fun, playing a micro sit n go ever couple of days.

But now I am at the stage where I want to because better, I want to become more then better I want to be professional. Starting this blog is my journey starting from novice on the long road to the top.
So where do I begin? How will I improve my game? How will I practice and where will I play?

Here is my course of action:

- Starting Bankroll:  $40 (yes its very small)

- I will only buy in to cash games at 5% of my bank roll

- I will only buy in to Sit n Go at 2% of my bank roll

- I will grind at the NLHE cash tables

- Everyday I will watch a poker tutorial online

- I will read a poker book every month

- And most importantly I will update my blog as much as I can with the wisdom I have collected through literature , video and my experiences on the tables.
