Hanging Log-In

By: *MaXiNoUt* @ 13:30 (EST) / 280 / Comment ( 0 )

Hello all, just something quick for use to know.  I have two computer in the house, (2 laptops but 1 is stationary for our t.v) I use the laptop when I have to multi-task such as cooking supper etc.  One day not long ago after being on the laptop, my wife needed it so I was booting up the PokerStars site on the stationary.  Realizing there was updates I stayed on laptop untill it was completed.  I then logged out (but must not have done it properly) to log-in on the stationary but it came back - unable to log you in untill you log out on other computer.  I was logged out however (or so I thought) and even went as far as to remove site from computer and re-download.  This did not work.  I then contacted PokerStars support and WOW what an impressive quick response!  They had let me know, that this is what's called a 'Hanging Log-in' and that they would reset it for me  The wife is happy now, she gets her laptop back lol.

The long and short of it is, if it happens to you it's called a 'Hanging Log-in', and you will simply have to contact support to reset it for you

Good Luck on the felts people!
