IT GETS HARDER EVERY DAY

HI EVERY ONE well where to start i just dont no any more,  i just cant seem to get a break at the tables   every day i go to poker school ,for 1  hour  then i start to play   tourneys for the day i  play 8 hours every day   i  am a tight player only play  the best of hands   but when i get these hands  i  am aggrissve  i am great at building my stack of chips, but every time  i seem to loose my stack to some one who makes a stupid call with a rubbish hand   now i no  we all get bad beats this is part of the game   but for me it happens every day / i have learned alot from poker school  but it dose not seem to work at the table for me anymore  all i seem to meet is a bad player   makeing a bad call and  knocking me out im getting so annoyed  i just dont no what to do any more. my bank rool is nearly gone       again   is there any  one who could give me some help  i would be very greatful     any way good look to every at the tables
