July Skill League Leaders

I accept that cosmo342 (and the other top league leaders for July) deserve some accolade and credit for sussing out the (currently) generally poor ranking system, but I believe their results generally show they are not great players (or choose to play the System.) Sure, they have learnt to outlast the donks but, in terms of making the money, they have made squat most tournaments. Making the big money should be what it's all about, not giving consistently moderately good to mediocre performances by mostly just posting and folding to make a few more rank points every remaining tournament. I've said it before and I will say it again... A so-called Skill League should encourage great poker, NOT mediocre poker! In my opinion, those players who have repeatedly reached 1st, 2nd or 3rd place and/or numerous Final Tables are far more skilled than the current July Skill League leaders. I expect the donks, sitters and mediocre to quite good players would prefer the former, but I believe nearly all very good to exceptionally talented players in the League would agree with my evaluation of the current ranking system.
