Just beginning to Understand

I've plalyed card games since I was a kid.  Gramps used to give us all 50 pennies and played a card game that I cannot remember, but the purpose was to get everyone elses pennies.  Didn't really matter though because when the game was over and I, or one of my brother's or sister's, had all the pennies they had to go back into the jar.

Then as a young man just out of High School we played once or twice a month at someone's house using our paycheques for our stake.  I don't even remember how well I did but it didn't stop me from trying.

Working as management at a Golden Arch's Restaurant the management and some of the crew used to get together and we would play.  Or, rather some of us would play other's would lose their money because they liked the Sambuca more than the game and if I could see thier hands without trying why not take advantage of the situation.

Well it's been, over 25 years since then so I am now trying my luck again at the local casino.  This past Sunday I came home with 2nd.  It has been almost 11 months since I took money home.  Maybe this Course will pay off.

That Remains to be seen
