To Zoom or not to Zoom...

First of all... WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOO I got a Big Bang stamp! Yayyyyyyy xD Thank youuuuuuu!!!!

Second of all, rereading my post from yesterday... I realised I set myself up for failure. Not when it comes to my goals, but for that last Zoom session of the day. I decided up front I would lose max 3$. Which set me up to lose (nearly) 3$ ofcourse... Thats the power of negative thinking! So next time.. I'll decide to rebuy max times and decide to double my money! lol

When I logged in, the plan was to check for freerolls and if there weren't any about to start, I would be a good girl and have a Zoom reading session. No freerolls available, so Zoom it was. To my surprise I finally stumbled on a Team Online Zoom Session, so I had to rethink what I would do. This is an opportunity I don't want to let slip by! I took a deep breath and bought in for 2$ in PLO. I told myself I would buy in only once and see where it would get me. PLO is a game I have succesfully played before in freerolls, but it's not exactly my strong suit. The last thing I wanted to do was bust before the time ran out, so a tight game was recommended. What I learned about any PL game, is to keep the pot as small as possiblle unless I'm holding the nuts.

I was finally sat down at a table with GodlikeRoy, Holding aces and 2 suited cards. Which made 3 suited cards. This lowered my chances of hitting a flush, but I figured the hand was good enough to raise with. I was sat at the button, Roy on the BB. UTG raised the pot. I'd call that to keep the pot as small as possible, and see where it gets me. But then MP reraised the pot. Calling that to see a flop, without any reads wasn't a risk I was wiling to take. Because of the format, the chance was huge that at both players would throw everything on the flop, and Roy wasn't even in the pot yet... I folded out of stack preservation and I really wish I knew the exact rules to this session before I started...

Needing profit to get the bonus is for sure, but what do they mean with profit vs Roy? This is as far as information goes on Twitter:

The $0.02/$0.04 special PLO Zoom table is live on @PokerStars now! Come play me and whatever profit you have vs me gets multiplied by x10!

- Could anyone clear that up for me? Is it only the pots you win against him personally? Or the % of profit you have at the end of the session vs his profit at the end of the session?

I hope it's the latter, since I only encountered him once and would regret folding my imo medium hand, though I wasn't even sure if he would fold/call/push all-in preflop...

If it is the latter, I'm rich cuz  I doubled my stack just before time ran out with the following hand:

Gotta love flopping the nuts lol...

There's a Privilege Freeroll starting in a couple minutes, so I decide now to make the final table for once lol. The power of positive thinking! Let's see how far it gets me xD

P.S I'm still trying to figure out how to formulate a zoomreading session, being able to embed a couple hands would be easy but unfortunately not possible atm as far as I can tell

P.P.S Busted out early in the PF, pushed AQos in late pos, got called by ATos with ofcourse a T on the table lol

P.P.P.S Busted out 663rd in the RSO Freebuy QTs as a shortstack vs 44, he hit his tris, I got 2 pair :-'(, oh well ^^
