I started the day with a quick message 2 a player I enjoy talking with, I happened to finally figure out how to reach this area with my phone, besides being a fairly new poker player I am also pretty new to the tech era, as strange as that sounds it is true but a long story. I also take a medication when in bed that makes me a bit  dopey & during that time I ended up sending my friend a novel, 1 without a plot. That is saying it nicely, so I sent off a message 2 apologize 4 doing that. Then I went at set up 2 play a Qualifier & Open league tourney when they opened & also decided 2 play a few hands at the cash tables, trying 2 keep my Gold rating but not sure I can manage that this month as I still need 3 or 4 steps 2 reach 10 which is what u need I believe. I was very close 2 the end of a step & instead of concentrating on star coins an steps I should have been paying more attention 2 what was going on in the hands I was playing. Took a couple bad hits b4 I woke up. I was playing a couple tables &  by the time the Qualifier tourney started I had manged 2 get back what I had lost + so no complaints about my play once I started thinking. The Qualifier had 90 players & I was doing great until once again I shot myself in the foot because I could not muck a pocket pair and was bumped at 26th. Almost all those left and about the first 9 or 10 players bumped b4 me r all much higher in the league than I so not sure how bad a hit my stats will take, except 4 the hand that i had when I was bumped I was fairly happy with how I had played. There was a short period of time b4 the Open tourney would start & I was able to reopen the 2 tables I had been playing & managed 2 finish the step I was on when I caught a player doing what I had done earlier, not paying attention, & added his stack 2 mine. The Open started & I did not make the FT or the paid players but I went deeper in it than I have ever done, I think I was 255th as my best but this time I was very close 2 going in2 the 100s, I think I was bumped at 215th, maybe a few spots off that so I was very happy with that performance & I was given a very nice bonus 4 that in a way. I reopened the 2 tables as I would play a few hands on each throughout the tourney so they would not time out, the bonus, very first hand dealt was AA and a player a few positions b4 me raised, I had been buned with my last AA when another player caught a set with his pocket 7s so I just called as I wanted 2 c the flop b4 I committed to much, there was an A in the flop an there I was with my set, the same player raised again so I reraise about $6 which he called & the river was no help 2 the cards already on the table, I raised a little less than the pot, around $15 I think & this fellow shoved his stack in2 the pot which I called. Sadly 4 him he had the 4th A with a 9 kicker so his stack was added 2 mine. So 4 2day anyways I have been able to get both tables & tourneys going in the same way which is a big + 4 me. Hope u all have had as good or better a day than I, later all, Len or as it says at the tables Astor G26.
