Why r there so many who limp? All I hear is Bet, Raise or Fold.
Send PM

I was playing at a $ table yesterday and after a player was beaten by the dreaded 'Bad Beat' the insults began 2 fly on the chat between the 2. I tried 2 tell the player we r playing a game & that is supposed 2 have at least some enjoyment in there. It seems the need 2 get the all mighty $ has replaced our common behavior of being decent 2 each other. If I happen 2 take a few big losses at a table I will move 2 another but as I leave I almost always say "thanks 4 the lessons & gl 2 u all, I hope u have a great day". I do not say this just 2 b heard or 2 try an cover up anger over the losses, it is how I honestly feel. After a few more insults at the first table I mentioned I told the player who had lost 2 shake it off and if getting back the $ was so important then I said 2 the player 2 "use your game", if u r beaten by someone who called with 7 2 off suit and they were lucky enough 2 win just keep that info & keep playing. Anyone using those cards and calling 2-4 bets b4 they catch a card 2 improve the garbage they have will not last long, or at least they will not b winning 4 long. The other big thing about all this is I am playing at micro level stakes, so usually the most 1 will lose is maybe 10$, if that loss hurts a player enough that they cannot control their emotions then maybe this is not the game they should b playing. PS has it all set up so a person can set limits on their playing or they also have this school 2 help improve your game. No 1 should let the play of others regardless of whether it is good or bad get us worked up so that we r basically playing on tilt. that will just lead us 2 making errors ourselves which in turn will increase our tilted playing. Do I get angry at times? Of course, no 1 is completely immune, the way we deal with it is the important part. Also if we r playing at micro levels so no matter how much PS has 2 say about it we should remind ourselves that the chances of us (at least 4 the near future ) being at the final table of WSOP r better %age wise than winning the 50 million $ lotto max but they r still very long odds against that coming 2 light. So has the love of $ taken over? Enough so that we r not even decent 2 each other just because u have won a hand against me? I can honestly tell everyone who happens 2 read this that I will not allow that 2 happen 2 me, if it ever reaches a point where I am not able 2 laugh at being foolish enough about being tricked in a hand or not able 2 just shake my head at being beat by someone with 7/2o and they pick up the cards they need on the Turn & River I will quit. I play because I enjoy the game, will that change? Possibly. I have no agenda about anything here, I like the chances of improving my game with the courses offered here, I like being able 2 say how I feel with these postings and I like some of the players an instructors. if that changes & I start cing more & more of the ugly side because someone lost a $ I will b done.  I have no love 4 $, of course we all need a certain amount 2 b able 2 live the way we want but we do not need 2 b insulting 2 others. Hopefully I have not bored u all with my rambling.
