Nightly $55 3rd Place

Hey everyone!

So apparently yesterday was a great day for me. I posted yesterday that I won a $5.50 hyper turbo. Well after that, I continued to run well. I used some of the prize money to play the Nightly $55. I haven't played this tournament before because of my bankroll but since it increased, I decided to try it. I was dragging along the bottom after the bubble burst for a good 2 hours. After those 2 hours, I was making good plays, getting good hands, trapping and everything. By the time the final 2 tables were up, I was 2nd place with 17 people left. After another grueling 1.5 hours, the final table was upon us. Within 30 minutes, there were 4 people left and the break hit. By this time, I knew I wasn't going to win as the leader had over 50% of the chips and I had about 5%. Once the break ended, the player in 4th went all in and was knocked out. 2 hands later, I went all in with AK and lost to pocket jacks.

I didn't think I was going to get even this far. I am a happy person and have started making steps not to blow my bankroll!

Have a good day everyone!
