3's are my Nemesis Today

Do you ever get the feel some player or number is your ultimate enemy?

I definitely have days where I can't beat a certain player or some number just constantly haunts me.

Today, it's the number 3.

I've busted out in the early levels or even late levels of several tournaments with big stacks holding meager cards like 3/4off or 9/3s.   They hit 2 3's on the turn and the river.  Literally 3 times, it happened...3 on the turn and then 3 on the river despite me having top pair, jacks in the hole or other "after the flop" holdings where I should be like a 90% winner.

It's truly frustrating and yet, I still come back to play for more...

What game or sport frustrates you so much, yet you come back to it?
