Hi everyone,

Joe Stapleton and James Hartigan will be hosting an online broadcast for one of the biggest poker tournaments of all time! The HKD $1,000,000 (USD $129k) ‘Guangdong Asia Millions’ (GDAM) Main Event from June 5-7, 2013! There are currently 70 players registered and this will all take place at the ‘PokerStars LIVE at the City of Dreams’ poker room in Macau, China.

The 'GDAM' is expected to be the biggest poker tournament ever held outside of the World Series of Poker in terms of prize pool, and the largest ever high-roller event by number of entrants. The prize pool will be colossal with elite world class poker being played and excellent insightful commentary by Joe Stapleton and James Hartigan! There could potentially be a 100-plus High Rollers field that has been taken a liking to by some of the most well known names in poker, most notably Full Tilt Poker’s Gus Hansen and Team PokerStars’ Bertrand ‘ElkY’ Grospellier, Isaac Haxton, Celina Lin and Jonathan Duhamel.

This continues the remarkably outstanding and popular webcast coverage during the recent ninth season of the European Poker Tour, and will be available online at http://www.pokerstars.tv

"The GDAM event is loaded with big interest, huge names and massive prize money! We are excited about taking the webcast on the road to Macau to broadcast this special event,” said Joe Stapleton.

“Not only will our viewers see all the high-roller action from the felt, but we will also be giving viewers a chance to win a prize package, including entry to an event at the 2013 Asia Championship of Poker,” said James Hartigan.

EXCLUSIVE DAILY WEBCAST FREEROLLS

During the webcast on June 5, viewers will have an exclusive opportunity to get a password to participate in exciting freerolls on PokerStars. There will be various prizes awarded throughout the three-day broadcast. The prizes include entry to a Warm-Up tournament at the 2013 Asia Championship of Poker, valued at HKD $25,000. This will take place in October 2013 and include five nights’ accommodation at the Hard Rock Hotel @ City of Dreams, Macau, USD $500 travel cash, and two tickets to The House of Dancing Water.
