Missing ACP 2011

By: Damen1 @ 06:34 (EDT) / 623 / Comment ( 9 )
Just a couple of words to say i made a last minute decision to not be going to Uruguay for the ACP as i have decided to stay here with my father who has taken a turn for the worst lately as he has level 4 cancer and i wanted to be here for the short time he has left. My bags were ready and was just about out the house when i took this decision.

I decided to put family first. Poker is my passion and this was a great opportunity for me but i just couldnt make it. I wouldnt have been focused anyway. I apologise to team Canada members for the inconvenience this may have caused and hope you can understand.

All of this is very hard on me. It kills me inside to not be able to be there but i was helpless in this situation.

Good luck and i hope everything goes well for ya'll.
