I recently blew my Bankroll after i ran bad for awhile and then moved up stakes out of frustration, yes i know it was a dumb thing to do and i tell myself that everytime.
I have decided to try and teach my self bankroll Managment im going to grind out the low stakes and build my bankroll up from the 1 dollar i have left.
To build my role im going to play cash games mainly 1/2c holdem but may also play some razz as i have taken aliking to that.
My rule i am going to apply untill i pass $10 is never having more than 1 dollar at a table, atleast i know i cant break that rule straight away :) i will enforce some new rules once i pass that point.

Wish me luck
