Assault On The Top Ten

By: DinoFan @ 15:12 (EST) / 303 / Comment ( 1 )
Last month I found myself 61st with 2 days left.  I didnt play the last 2 days.  I wasnt close enough to crack the top ten but far enough away from the next money cut to hold on to $50.  This month Im in perfect position at 20th.  Im not in the top ten so I have nothing to hold on to.  Im close enough, about 50pts, to the leader that I do have a shot at 1st.
I made it a personal rule not to go out in the first hour.  This was very difficult.  Ive had to lay down some monster hands due to shove monkeys and donkeys.  I did go out in the first hour twice.  How anyone could call an allin with 54off is beyond me.  But not today.  I wont be laying down monster hands today.  I wont be intimidated by shove monkeys no matter how big their stack.  Today Im out for blood.  Monkey blood.  It doesnt matter if I die in battle. From 11th to 97th the money is the same.
Its the top ten or bust.
