Stuck in Limbo

Unlike my previous posts, this is just a quick update.

There are times when you just halt for a moment and wonder why you're doing this. I want to improve and reach a level where I'm able to at least make a living out of playing poker. It's very tough though when you're on a limited bankroll. The downswings hit you harder both economically and psychologically, especially when you lack the experience on how to deal with it. The thing is, this was like hitting a brick wall. I just couldn't win, no matter what I did. I made some really good plays and yet somehow, I get sucked out on, but only in the critical hands late in the game. I have a loooooong way to go before I'm able to make a substantial profit from poker (or at least tournament poker), but I'm not giving up just yet, even though it feels like I'm stuck in one place and I don't know how to get out of there, like I'm stuck in Limbo. I don't know if I just started sucking at poker all of a sudden, or if it's just a run of bad variance. As you can see in the graph, there's definitely something wrong.

Nonetheless, I'm going to work harder, and hopefully improve. No turning back now!
