Best moment on PokerStars

Well truthfully I had a couple of good and happy moments for example when I made it in the money by playing in a small buy-in tournament, by winning a satellite tickey with my FPPs, the moment I could play any tournament or cash game on my iPad2, winning a big pot by bluffing your opponent or going on a heater in cash games.

I am an amateur at playing poker, my biggest win was $38 in a $1.10 No Limit Holdem tournament last year on PokerStars, I play for fun and I like to compete against other players.

But returning to the topic of this blog is that of all the good moments on PokerStars there is one that is very memorable and sticks above the rest is the moment I achieved SilverStar status for the first time in august 2012, for me it was a great achievement to earn SilverStar and those hard earned 500 VPPs, before august 2012 I always stuck at BronzeStar status so finally achieving SilverStar status was for me as amateur poker player personally a great victory. For most poker players achieving SilverStar status is a no big deal, but for me it felt not as a little step forward but a big leap forward. I can remember that day, I immediately got up from my chair and went to my wife and told her about the great news I had, now I could play the VIP $30K weekly 100 FPP buy-in tournament, but I had no luck at my side at those tournaments. It is always great to play in a big guaranteed tournament, but the you feel the pressure on oneself playing in such a tournament. I have achieved SilverStar status two times already and it felt great, it was like a promotion to something great, it is difficult to exactly describe one's feeling when you achieve something that you set as a goal. Maybe next year I will reach GoldStar status we will see what the future brings, I have a quoted old saying posted on my wall in my room saying:

" What is destined will reach you, even if it be underneath two mountains.

What is not destined, will not reach you, even if it be between your two lips."

That is my motivation and inspiration to challenge myself to reaching my poker goals such as achieving SilverStar status or even GoldStar in the future. Playing poker for me is challenging and rewardable meaning feeling very satisfied for reaching one's goal how small it may be.

There will be more good moments happening for me on PokerStars, think positive and goals will be achievable such as reaching SiverStar status. My advice to others do not give up on your goals, one little step forward can do wonders for you, meaning the feeling of fullfillment.

Playing poker is fun and is great if you are person that likes competition or I consider also to be very social by commucating with fellow poker players. So this was my story about my best moment on PokerStars.

See ya
