Well, the myth about my consistently getting into the final 200 in the Poker Skills League has been blown all to hell.

In truth I haven't been frequentling the school in recent weeks. I have recurring health problems that  includes sleep deprivation and trying to concentrate and absorb new info just isn't in the cards (pun intended) from time to time.

I guess that probably eliminates me from some of the promos, but they aren't why I'm here in any event. I'm determined to be a better poker player as a matter of pride, plain and simple.

So, I'll keep on truckin' and perhaps someday with a little bit of luck, before I shed this mortal coil I'll be able to honestly say I've at least noticeably improved.

Ciao
