My past & present

It happend almost a year ago. I just finished watching some movie on my PC when I decided to play some poker. I registered to a 2.20$ MicroMillions event starting at 2am. I normally wouldn't play that late, but I entered a leaderboard challenge with some friends,so I decided to play as many events as possible. I didn't have high expectations as the field was huge and I was tired. I just wanted to min cash and score some points for the leaderboard. I know how it is with those low stakes MTTs, even though you finish in the top 100, the cash isn't really big, so I said to myself that I will start thinking serious about  this tournament when there will be 18 players left. And there it was, final two tables. I realised that i have a chance to win this thing. The sun was rising outside as I reach the final table. The stacks were really shallow for a final table, everyone had less than 25bbs. There was a guy who would jam everything when it was folded to him. He busted two players early on. We were seven handed as I picked up kings UTG. I min raised and the aggressive guy in the big blind moved all in. My   were up against . Sadly he made a flush on the river and I busted in 7th place. It was the best feeling ever to reach that final table. Sometimes I can't help but wonder where I would be now if the kings would hold up and I won the tournament.

Anyway, now I know that poker isn't about that one time results. It's about playing hard every single day and pushing through no matter what. In January 2013 I started playing  hu hyper-turbo sngs. My plan was to start at the lowest stakes( which is 1.50$)  and month by month climbing through the stakes. I was fortunate enough to move up to 3.50$ just before January ended. Here's a picture how it looked like:

The 3.50$ stakes are not really different than 1.50$ and I think it's all about the volume now. I didn't play as much as i wanted. The pas few days I've been loosing a lot, and I don't know if it's me playing bad or it's just a downswing. I don't know if I ever going to get past these stakes, but I need to stop feeling sorry for myself and pull myself together!  Here's where I am now:

I took a shoot at 7$ sngs but it did not end well. Decided to keep playing the lower stakes.

It's easy to get side tracked with all the promotions running on Pokerstars. We've got 7th anniversary of Sunday Million with 7M guaranteed, which is crazy. I want to play this so bad and definitely gonna play some satellites, but I'm not gonna go crazy about it. My main focus is still grinding those hypers.

I will check out some cash game tables in the ending period of a Road to 100 Billion Poker Hand promotion and hopefully win the 95,000,000,000 hand

All I wish is to run good and I hope my best memories are yet to come.
