My First Full Month

By: Herkstwin @ 12:13 (EDT) / 471 / Comment ( 1 )
October is getting exciting. I have qualified as an Active Player and am currently in the running for a big boost to my bankroll - a whole $5.00. Still half the month to go - and that can be up or down.

I have read with interest, several blogs complaining about the donks and how they manage to suck out the better players. And I can sympathize with those bloggers, because it happens to me as well. Why? Because freeroll poker tournaments will attract donks like headlights attract moths to the windshield. Heck, I play freerolls because I am too cheap to buy-in for real cash. Also, I consider myself a novice (not a donk) and need to build up my self-confidence first.

See you at the tables and my the best players win - which we will in the long run and hopefully in the short term too.
