cards taking a turn for the worse

two negative numbers yesterday for the PSO tournies.  One, was card dead.... the other, passed on one hand that could have won me a big pot and gotten me to + points, but didn't want to risk all my chips in the first level with a marginal hand.
However, I did cash in an omaha h/l mtt... after I lost some in an omaha h/l ring (kept getting 2nd nut hi and 2nd nut low in same hand... which means you gotta call... and every single time lost both ends).

Hoping to get better cards in the PSO tournies on turkey day!
