JZA80Turbo's Poker Career

When it just isn't your night...

By: JZA80Turbo @ 21:49 (EDT) / 239 / Comment ( 0 )
Another horrible night... again....

I'm the second shortest stack after losing with KK against 99... Flop showed 9-9-10... yeah, bad luck. So then I see AK suited and feel like shoving for two reasons: AK is a very good hand 6-handed and because I only have about 800 chips left behind... so I go for it!

The big blind, which is the big stack at the table decides to call, so I'm expecting to see decent cards but still be ahead, especially since he's been calling shoves with A9 and A10 and got lucky both times about 10 minutes prior.

He has 83 suited. I start laughing, thinking to myself what the hell is this guy thinking... until the flop...

Flop: 8-Q-3

Of course the turn and river didn't save me, as always. Discouraged doesn't even describe how I feel right now.

Bankroll's back to 28$. I'm calling it a night. Peace.
