The "New PSO"

By: Jotagê @ 23:24 (EDT) / 225 / Comment ( 1 )
Well PokerStars makes a change in the way PSO was working, opening it up to all of the PokerStars players out there. What did you all think?

Well of course it has a few disadvantages, instead of the 300 ish players we've had playing for a while on the "Old Fashioned Way" we now got over 3500 players on a single tourney and no change to the prizing amount!

The thing about the Premium League is pretty cool though and as always, the thing remains the big cash at the end of the tunel each month. Yet, the VPP thing is always there, less chance for people out there like me who aren't depositors after all but hey, it's still free money if you make it and gives you a small bankroll for you to manage and make those 20 VPPs and an even larger bankroll.

For those of you still having trouble, read the lessons over, it has helped me and I have to say I have felt and seem some big changes in my results almost getting into a Final table and finishing around 500-600th positions. Yeah okay, no FT but still, getting a few positive points into that leaderboard much more regularly while others have been on a rollercoaster ride up and down that thing.

Always try to remember even our PS Pro guys don't always finish ITM. Take the chance on playing PSO to evaluate your game, get it up a notch,  read lessons over and over and one day you and I friends will all be sitting on a final table and cashing at the end of the month. Of course Brazilians like me must be pretty pumped since our good friend from PS Pro Brazil Team André Akkari nailed WSOP Event 43 with style. (Obrigado VÉIA, TU É O CARA!!!) But to end this, an advice Daniel Negreanu left on his twitter a few days ago and I'm sure many other pros will tell you:
"For those having a downswing: it won't last forever, be tough"
