My Poker School Diary/Thoughts/Etc....

Things getting tight.....

Things getting tight... So after my previous post, I went back to doing things my way. I had 3 more cash finishes and 4 more positive point games. There are 4 more days left to the month. My last PSO game I came in 38th place and only received 21.27 points. That shows how tough it is to score positive points after you hit certain plateaus in the scoring system. I'm at 1836.11 points sitting at 131st  place in the rankings. Twenty points can either push me into the $50. range or drop me into the $15. range. I haven't played in the PSO about 2 days, so I have to see what I will do next.

I made money in a bunch of the micro .55 cent games. I also came in 82nd place in the $2.75 12.5 K tournament and made money in that. It's been a good month and I have to thank PokerStars, the Suited Aces and the Ventrillo crew for teaching me a bunch of things that have helped to improve my game play.

It seems that the more I know , the more I find out I don't know. Reading, studying, and talking game theory has improved my game play. My cash finishes help to show that I am moving in the right direction. This is something that I plan on improving and just getting better at in the coming new year.

Happy Holidays, Seasons Greeting, etc.
