Poker is a numbers game, right? Well here's a quick look at all of the interesting numbers that caught our eye at PokerSchoolOnline and PokerStars this week.

Guaranteed prize pool for the 2014 Spring Championship of Online Poker, which begins on Sunday, May 4 and continue through to May 18. With 45 events – 135 tournaments spread across low, medium and high stakes – it is the largest online poker festival ever held. Lifetime VIP Player Points surpassed by Russian player Vladimir ‘shabalinvlad’ Shabalin. He is only the third player to pass the milestone total, having racked up 4.5 million VPPs last year alone, and a further 2 million already this year. The Frequent Player Points (FPPs) that he’s earned in the past year and a half is enough to get 10 Porsche Cayman S sports cars from the PokerStars VIP Store!

First prize in the PokerStars and Monte-Carlo®Casino EPT Grand Final Main Event, which continues into Day 6 today (Thursday) and finishes tomorrow with a cards-up live final table (one-hour delay) that will be broadcast at PokerStars.tv from 14.00 CET.

Tournament Number 900 Million’s first prize amount, which was won by ‘earlygrey23’ from Canada in last Sunday’s $1 million guaranteed special milestone tournament. A three-way deal saw the top three win nearly $500k between them. A total of 18,711 players entered the $109 buy-in event to create a total prize pool of $1,871,100.

Number of players who won more than €1 million in the EPT Grand Final Super High Roller event after a three-way deal was reached. Dan Colman took the title and first prize of €1,539,300, Dan Cates came second and won €1,283,700, and Igor Kurganov finished third to take home €1,128,300.
