Guaranteed prize pool for the 2015 Spring Championship of Online Poker, which kicks off this Sunday. The world’s biggest and richest online poker tournament championship takes place from May 10-24 and features 46 events at three different buy-in levels – Low, Medium and High. First prize won by Erik Seidel in the €100,000 Super High Roller event at the PokerStars and Monte-Carlo®Casino EPT Grand Final. The US player, who now sits third in the all-time live tournament earnings money list, has an incredible three victories in events with buy-ins of $100,000 or more. Blog report:

Top prize up for grabs in the EPT Grand Final Main Event, which is playing to a finish in Monaco this afternoon. To be won this coming Sunday by two PokerStars players in the six-handed online ‘Millionaire Finals’. Players qualified for the two freeroll finals via a series of Challenges and All-in Shootouts in April. The finals can be watched in the PokerStars client (click on ‘Tournaments’ and type ‘millionaire’ in the search) this coming Sunday at 13.00 ET, or on Randy ‘nanonoko’ Lew’s Twitch channel with commentary from the Team PokerStars Online Pro. There is $1m for first and a further $150,000 split between the other five players in each tournament. No deals are allowed so it’s going to make for two desperately tense heads-up battles.

Buy-in for the PokerStars Latin American Poker Tour in Panama, which begins tomorrow at the Sortis Hotel, Spa & Casino. The event will run until May 12, and there are a total of 13 events in the wider festival, with buy-ins ranging from $200 to $5,000.
