The total prize pool for the NJ City Tour series which ended last Sunday. The prize pool for the Main Event was the biggest non SCOOP NJ prize pool since PokerStars launched in New Jersey in March. ‘Bortzork’ won the Atlantic City Main Event taking home $16,641.

Players can instantly win $10,000 playing PokerStars new Jacks or Better Poker Challenge. The promotion will run until the end of August and all players need to do is play cash games stakes of $0.05/$0.10 or higher. Then if they win holding a pair of jacks or better, they will start racking up points. Once a player hits 100 points, they'll get a cash prize.

The amount up for grabs in CardHunt which is back on PokerStars NJ from August 1 and running until August 28. Each day players will be presented with a new puzzle board in their challenge window. Each puzzle will have between 16 and 20 pieces, and each piece represents one playing card in a traditional 52-card deck. Players can win daily cash prizes by playing Hold’em cash or Zoom cash games.

The number of events currently scheduled for the 2016 World Championship of Online Poker (WCOOP). The series will run from September 4-26 and will feature 82 scheduled tournaments. Players have the chance to give PokerStars feedback on the tentative schedule by emailing wcoop@pokerstars.com.
