Break Time

By: PeterKastner @ 13:48 (EDT) / 208 / Comment ( 0 )

Hi all,

yesterday I played only two Events ( $ 8,80 (R)and $ 1,10 (R) ) but after one Hand at the 8,80 I had enough.

I lost again to runner runner and the guy called me fish, moron and whatever afterwards. I am too old to keep playing with such a ...... He won a Pot of $ 12 000 in the first Hand of an Event with Qs/4h v KK v AK.

I was holding the KK and raised 4xBB, the AK re-raised to 8xBB and the Q4 went all-in. Knowing that structure I figured that I am up against some BS or a lesser pair so I called. That the AK called is somewhat reasonable but I do think that if you have a situation with a raise, reraise, re-reraise and two Players all-in, you may consider to throw away your AK off suit....but that´s ok.

Flop was J 5 7 rainbow followed by a 6 and an 8 on the River.

Still not sure why I am the fishy moron but I just figured that I am not taking any of it.

At the $ 1,00 Bingo, eh rebuy, I lost a few hands like AK v A2 or 10`s v 5`s...Everytime I had a decent stack I´ve lost to a weaker hand and after three rebuys I just gave up. It didn´t make any sense and I decided to watch Dortmund v Real Madrid, which was a great Soccer Match and therefore a decent finish for my night.

Today I am not playing. After that bad run of the last few days I have decided to take a break for two days. It often helps to get back on Track.

Saturday and Sunday are the big days for me and I have to be in good shape and my mind has to be set for it.

I am wishing you all of you a great night, good luck at the tables and talk to you´s soon
