How not to run bad in a freeroll!

Well i havent played in about 3 months however tonight i decided to see what i have missed and boy have I missed loads on Pokerstars!

I entered 2 tournaments:

PCA-Sat Freeroll - 16,000 Mad Men wanting a ticket to the PCA Qualifier Freeroll Final where only 1 thats right "ONE / 1" will get the opportunity to win a $15,468 prize package!

That one i qualified for and did well however one result that i was really disappointed with and could have played better. What would others have done?

Well the other tournament was a Regional Freeroll hosted by XFM to win tickets to an o2 Arena including backstage passes... I need a night out as its been ages 

Now this was the final hand... Managed to come 2nd out of about 700 mis-fits but think i could have done something better.
