My Training Update

By: Punky159 @ 21:11 (EDT) / 319 / Comment ( 0 )
It's been a while since my last update, and my Sit and Go training plan has had it's ups and downs. About a week ago, I went on tilt and played stupidly, disregarding everything I was learning, however, I then watched a video on handling tilt at the tables by Jared Tendler and it may have turned things around. Since then, I've worked hard on following my hand charts, and on building shoving charts for when you have 12BB or less. I have a lot of work to do still before I reach my goal, however, a lot of things are starting to make sense. I have a greater understanding of pot control, implied odds, and hand reading. More than I ever had before, and I'm starting to make less mistakes. I'd say that I'm definitely headed in the right direction, but it's going to be a long slow journey. I also have a better understanding of how to use Sit and Go Wizard to create push/fold charts which makes decisions so much easier. I'm getting to the bubble and ITM more often now, but I still need a lot of work on bubble play and on finishing first. Well, that's all for now. Punky159
