A Good Run of Bad Luck

Good Luck in October!

By: Ray Borden @ 14:13 (EDT) / 183 / Comment ( 0 )
As we close the door on September and wipe the slate clean, October opens itself with a world of opportunity. My experiment has come to an end with mixed results. The points I was able to amass in the final ten day period was impressive, but fell just short of cashing the top 200, thanks to early exits in the final two games of the months. A 3rd place finish in the 16:30CT game on the 30th sent me to a peak position of 117 on the leaderboard. Quite impressive, considering I wasn’t in the top 1000 a week and a half prior. Rest assured, I am an “active” player this month, and I am coming full throttle from day 1. I am looking forward to the competition and wish everyone luck, both on and off the felt.
