November Week 4 - Friday

By: ReggaePirate @ 04:21 (EST) / 84 / Comment ( 0 )

Just a few days to go now before the end of the month. I had two good results yesterday and now have  a total of 2085 points frrom 33 tournaments.

My break even point is now at 1699th place and has been above 2000 most of the week. I have tightened up a bit as a result playing nothing but KK and AA for the first few levels. I have been low at the first break both times yesterday but came back from being all in once.

I have re-read the advice on the forums and adjusted my play. The main one of which is never to go all in. This has cost me plenty of points over the last few months and I must stop doing it. I should finish in the top 1000 and I can't expect a lot more given that I am only playing 2 tournaments or less a day and some people are sometimes playing 6 a day. Not fair in my opinion but there you go. Still room for improvement anyway....
