MY PSO,,,,Changing Times

By: RiverFlat @ 03:48 (EDT) / 453 / Comment ( 8 )

Hi ALL , if you don't know me welcome and for the players that have been here for awhile ,HELLO ALL    i deeply have a broken heart from this past year watching one of my favorite forums going down slowly by the sea side

I totally understand that changes in this forum are always being done ,sometimes for the best But also for the bad and the promotions being presented here prior and now, as to PokerStars  are for the better of the new players trying and learning the game of poker !!,but I am still dis-amazed as to the lack of contributions and side talk that where  once so abundant  here in the forums that we came  accustomized too,,

It use to be for the most part that when you would log on PSO you would see a array of posts and replies to many subjects  and/or suggestions, whatever the topic was,

It's been dis-heartling for me  now as when i log on to PSO to not see the  so many members that i have so enjoyed to read there comments and blogs..and  that have been here for many years are up and gone or decided it is time to leave

Now this leaves me a question ,WHY is that So ???

There are many  players new and old  that prefer Facebook,Twitter,Instragram and so on ,,but I still would prefer to be in a poker community where if i participate and get to know the new members and reconize players by name old or new an have some great conversations,

That said ,we all come and go but why is that, this forum should be over flowing with new conversations, with all members new or old, but it seems there is only one direction in recent time's>>>>and it's seems to be out with the OLD and IN with the New.. The New seems to be here for the free whatever and really do not care about the members that actually enjoy talking and learning

OK saying that !!!!!    new is awesome ,I agree but I always thought the elders were to ne respected and wise ,.Yes we are not always right ,but we give suggestions , they should be listened too ,whether they are right or wrong!!

I am spilling off ,Thank's for reading this, but it sure would be nice to see PSO flourish again ,and not just because of the Promo's !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  We all Love PSO  but there is more to this then just getting FREEBIES @@@@

The forum here ,has and was a very good venue and in recent times has taken a nose dive and it's not for the best of all of the members that  have  been here past   present and GONE

Just my Thoughts
