Better Poker

First, lets look at the 10th anniversary satellites. For the Sunday Million Satellites, the one that I prefer, is the 50 FPP, as the odds are 1 in 4.3. I also like to play them when there's lots of players, as more qualify. I've played 7 of those and won 5, 2 of them I was registered and the other 3, I was credited with 215 FPP's. The next step to this satellite is the 215 FPP's with odds of 1 in 10 to the 2,150 FPP's and then to the $215 with odds of 1 in 6.3. For me the tough part of this promotion is getting through the 215 FPP satellite. The next best odds to this satellite would have to be the 25 FPP with odds of 1 in 8.6. As for the 1 FPP re-buy, the odds in that one are about 1 in 30
Now lets look at the Giveaway. My favourite is the 10 FPP, but not anytime. The number of players will vary between 100 and 250 and the top 20 get a ticket to the weekly finals. So the best odds are between 11.30 pm and 2:30 am EST, as the odds drop to 1 in 6, otherwise the odds are 1 in 10. I've played 6 of those and qualified for 4, as I can only play the afternoon ones. Then the next step is the weekly finals with odds of 1 in 15 of making at least $5 and 1 in 150 for a PCA package. The freeroll satellites have the worst odds with 1 in 300 and as for the $0.10 the odds are 1 in 35.

As for the SnG World Record $0.10, I am not touching those. I played 2 of them and it reminded me of my early days at Zinga poker with all in players on the first hand.

Another satellite I really like is the PCA Satellites. These have great odds, but you must like turbo as your starting stack size is 1,000 chips. I like playing the 40 FPP satellites as the odds are 1 in 4 to the 200 FPP and then they drop to 1 in 3 for the rest of the mega-path to the PCA packages. The reason I like these, is that it's a great way to accumulate FPP's as once you are qualified for the next satellite, you are rewarded with FPP's to your account for every extra time you qualify.

As for money satellites, there's always the $2.20 Sunday Storm Satellites. Those have odds of 1 in 5. There are plenty of others with similar odds, check out the satellites and good luck.

PS. As I was writing this, I just won another 50 FPP satellite
