Open Skill league

Should the skill league really be called a skill league. I would propose it should not, rather it is a measure of who is able to play the most games. Consider last month`s league

6 games per day for 31 days = 186 games in the month
186 games with 10000 places per game = 1860000 opportunities to play per month
1860000 oppertunities divided by the 125000 players that entered last month = 14.88
14.88 the number of games we should all play every month if the league was to be an even playing field and therefore really a measure of skill. Last month`s winner finished with a total of 2772.06 points from 83 games.

Does this mean he`s a good player, or just has a lot of free time.
