Looking Inward

Hello all,

March ended up being a horrible month as I diverted from my plan and in the process donked away 40% of my bank roll. I understand now how one can become blinded by a little success and start believing that they are ready to move to the next level, when if fact they have a long way to go to achieve the skills to do just that.
In an effort to always be looking for the positive in any situation, I’ve gone over almost all of my play to see where the breakdown was.
It didn’t take me very long to find out that I should not have moved from the stakes where I was having moderate success. I also realise that I have many leaks in my game that other players are taking full advantage of. I will have to address them if I intend to have any real shot at building back my bankroll.
So for now it’s back to the basics and sticking to the plan that I originally made and if that means playing at Micro levels to plug those leaks, then so be it.

8/10-Tilt management
7/10-Bankroll management
4/10-Disciplined Table Image
5/10-Increase my MTT ITM % from X to 15%
6/10- Only play micro stakes until I have control of goals A-B-C
2/10- Spend 4hrs per week at PSO for instruction.
2/10- Solicit feedback and participate in others blogs.
0/10- Attend weekly live trainings.
5/10- I will not deviate (no mater how tempting) from the Bankroll Management guideline structure outlined on PSO.
6/10- Track and monitor progress.
0/10- Eradicate FPS (Fancy Play Syndrome) from my game.( Leave this to the big boys on TV)
6/10- Move from Loose-Passive fish to Non Loose-Passive fish.
8/10- Focus –Adjust - Re-adjust during all stages of MTT.
6/10-Enjoy the game for what it is

That’s all for now
Thanks to anyone who provides feedback on my road to recovery and good luck on the felts.
