reality check + calling for help

After my first month of more serious and targeted playing I realized that I'm really bad at cashgames. I never know when to play on with a bigger stack or when to take some of the earnings away from the table into the bankroll.

What I really enjoy are Sit&Go's and big MTT's. My favorite tournament remains the OSL Freerolls and I'm confident to get a share of the monthly leaderboard prizes again.

There are some things that trouble me though and I'd be grateful if you could help me.

I feel like I always misplay draws. Most of the time I would fold draws against medium sized bets and call small bets. And i never know if I did the right thing or not. What's your opinion on playing draws

I'm also using the rule of 4 and 2 when calculating outs, meaning after the flop you multiply your outs by 4 and after the turn by 2 to calculate the probability of hitting an out. Is that a good way to do it or do you know better ones?

The more I play poker and think about it, the more difficult it becomes. But also more interesting.
