A Good Run of Bad Luck

By: Toniommi @ 18:11 (EST) / 308 / Comment ( 1 )

An overplayed evening I would say. I don't know what happened but maybe I did just overdo it.

First I'm 2 tabling satellites, one for TCOOP-27 and one for the main event. I'm doing well in each until after the add-on period where some kind of fault happens and I lose everything, not only that but it's really painful because I manage to make it happen so slowly! I play 4 satellites in total, 3 for TCOOP-27 and they all go exactly the same way.

It's 9:30pm, no, it's not over yet, it can't be! I set myself a challenge that I have to play for an hour and a half with $10 on zoom and make $50 that way I can enter TCOOP-27 anyway right? Well, no, every time my sister entered the room I lost $10, I made my way all the way up to $44 and like 9/11 I came crashing down (though no where near as sad and devastating as 9/11), right down to $1 and my time was up! My time was up when I have only $1 left, if I set myself only an hour I'd have $44, I seriously cannot believe it!

So, to share my bad news further, here's some bad beat booms for you guys and gals.

I don't think I thought hard enough about each hand though the first one I did think for a few seconds before calling preflop that it may be a bad idea and that they may have QQ KK or AA, I should have kept with that thought. All the rest of it went on those blasted snomen 88. Never a good hand in books.
