QJ vs. 33

By: UM_YEH? @ 18:18 (EST) / 807 / Comment ( 2 )

Ok, so i get down to the final table of the PSO, sitting pretty nice in chips, somewhere around 300k, HJ position, i get qj o/s... i make a minium raise, just trying to get a few people out of the pot.. Well lucky to me, the flop comes qqj, so i know in my head i've flopped the absolute nuts, i make another minium bet, trying to get some value out of the hand, opponent pushes, so im thinking GREAT! exactly what i wanted... he flips over 33. to my surprise, the turn card comes a 3, which i didnt think would hurt me, but i did realize he was now not drawing dead. what do you know, the 3 flips on the river, quads over my full house... all i could do, was shake my head.... comments?
