Quick Intro

Hi everyone.  Thought I'd use my first post as a quick introduction.

My name is Al and my screenname on PokerStars is Alinthecount.  I live in northern Maine (how far north?  Canada is east of me) and work as a political fundraiser and live on a farm with horses, cows, more pets than I care to admit to (okay, okay - 2 dogs and 2 cats - don't call that new animal hoarders show on TLC and refer me or anything), and our obstanant donkey Fiona.

I've been playing poker for since July of 2009, but have been more serious about it in the last few months.  I just came on PokerStars last week after spending most of my time on a site-that-shall-not-be-named, and found PSO.  I have to admit, even though I've read a lot of books, tried my hand at a lot of different ideas - especially when it comes to NLHE cash games, I've really taken away a lot from the courses here, and especially the skill league.

Look forward to seeing more of everyone and writing a bit more.
