Kicking Goals in 2013

By: b.p.rabbit @ 17:05 (EST) / 293 / Comment ( 0 )

My goals this year are to maintain my bankroll, to avoid bursting befor the "bubble" in tournies, to improve my standings in the POKERSCHOOL legues and lastly and most importantly avoid "TILTING"!

Throughout my career a a poker hobbyist i have enjoyed a few periods of success.  These periods are usually the result of grinding, taking risks big and small and occasionally playing some really good poker!

My biggest downfall as a poker player is the "tilt"! It seems every time i start making inroads or have a big win, i immediatly follow that up with either dumb poker or i start taking bigger risks and blow my bankroll!

This year i plan to play a lot more limit holdem. i have recently started playing this form of the game and have found it a lot easier to avoid the "tilt".  (although it still happens )

Please feel free to comment on how you avoid the tilt and manage your bankroll!

Cheers B.p
