Online Vs Live

Hey guys its the Rabbit here. Its been awhile since my last post. A lots been happening in my life, good and bad and I havent found the time to keep up with the time vault promotion!  I'm out of the loop. I figured im going to keep this blog going for the rest of the year anyway!

Around the time i stopped blogging and posting in the TIME VAULT forums I was experiencing some live success. I won the 1st season of the league I play in on Thursday nights. I won the 1st tournament of the second season then didn't make a final table for 2 weeks in a row! After dominating the 1st season, (3/1st 1/2nd 6/7final tables) I felt gutted at not being able to perform for 2 consecutive weeks. I actually stopped going for 2 weeks. Last week was my first tourney since my live "tilt" and I managed a respectable 3/26 and earned $30 for my $11 investment. Im sitting 6/35 for season 2 and still have a chance at taking out 2 seasons in a row.

The big question im asking myself  is this; Why is it that when i lose/play badly in an online tournament I can just shrug it off? But if I do the same thing in a live tourney i feel like throwing up? lol its almost like i've conditioned myself to losing online. In a live situation Im able to sit and wait for premium hands, position, etc., but when playing online I just cant seem to get away from that 58 suited........lol. I think one thing i may be able to attributte to my live success is the fact that a lot more of my bluffs work. Ive actually come to the conclusion that 98.8% of the time your better off not to bluff at all online!

I finally bit the bullet and went out and purchased a new notebook! It's great for everything POKERSCHOOLONLINE but as its google app based I cant seem to download the pokerstars software lol. So Im still playing on my old broken down laptop for now. The other site i play on has a flash player version which seems to work but i cant find one for the pokerstars site yet. The fact that i can finally watch the pso video library and participate in the live training sessions more than makes up for it!

Anyway thats about it from the Rabbit, nice talking to ya again!

Take it easy or easilly take it, bp
