PSO and real money endeavors!

By: bill2421 @ 19:28 (EST) / 172 / Comment ( 0 )

Ahhhh!  PSO mania has crept in... Sometimes my cards play well and I finish in the top 100 sometimes I get busted in the first 5 minutes!!  My blog is how does this transition into the real money pokerstars events...

So far I started my bankroll with 20 dollars and have been as high as 1492, and as low as 72 (which I am at now)  My curiousity though is the play difference between real money tourneys and freerolls!  In the PSO we get so called "donks", but so far I have encountered the same people on the other tables.  I came to the PSO to better my game in the real money tables and I tell you what!!  IT PAID OFF!!!

Im not claiming to be an expert player, but if my interest is there I can certainly finish in the money 75% of the time... the problem is my dedication.  I find myself varying my play throughout the tournament and not remaining consistent.  Although this might be somewhat use as a deception tactic, it doesnt bode well for me with chasing and having actual made hands.  I play tight for the beginning and usually end up in the top 3 then I start chasing... I need to really figure out how to remain passive until I get the correct situations and hands.  Anyone else have this problem????
