Back to the roots

When I first started playing poker I was purely into the cash games, after all, thats where the game started out right? And as many people will tell you, the real money is in the cash tables.
But as of late I've been well into my tournies and trying to grind up the bankroll that way. My head hasn't been on right lately, that mixed with a nasty virus last week has left me playing my C game, and if you don't go deep then tournies just arent worth the money.
So I was left with a rather depleted bankroll and decided to get my money back the good old fashioned way, not by taking a percentage of the gathered prize pool but by taking it away from some other hard working folk.
In my short career I've learned about bankroll management the hard way, so with my remaining money I dropped down that stakes and opened some small tables. I very quickly found my feet again and set about working the tables how I wanted, making sure I was in control.
People say you cant bluff at the small stakes but thats plain wrong, its not that you cant bluff, its knowing how to and when to bluff. Many players at low stakes cant stand pressure and cave very quickly. after a while of pure pot stealing I start to show the odd hand to portray this LAG image, then Its very easy to get more money when you eventually have a hand.
After around 4 hours Ive made back every penny I lost in the past few days with a little slice of profit on top. Might stick around the cash games for a few more days, play the odd tourny here and there
