Its always the first hand that goes wrong

Ive been concentrating on the cash games recently at the 10/25 stakes due to a shrinking bankroll and cash games been my best forte. The plans been going swimmingly over the past few days and my bankroll doubled, then doubled again the next day. There is however one hand I can never get away from and its the very first of the day. Saturday my first hand I woke up with AA and the hand in front of me shoved, woohoo... his lovely 9-10 of spades push caught a flush and i was a buy in down, not really that bothered. Sunday the laptop goes on, cash games are loaded and Im in the BB with 77, SB raises for 3BB and I call, Flop comes Ks, 8h, 7s and the SB c bets me half pot and I shove due to it been quite a draw heavy board that could be in his range, he insta calls and shows a set of 8s over my set of 7s... Cooler, NH sir.
We now arrive at the current morning which is monday and I wake up with 88 in the BB and the player UTG+2 min raises to 50cent, its folded to me so I make it $1.25 to go and he calls. Flop comes 4,5,8 rainbow and I check, he insta shoves for $36 which has me covered, Now at this point the preflop play makes me rule out 6,7 so Im thinking overpair/ underset. right now my top set looks to be dominating so I call, he shows his set of 5's and were looking for an nice quick double up to start the day... River shows a 5 and a nice 1 outer for the other player :( . It happens right...
Note to self, If you flop a royal flush on tuesday morning... Fold it, Its just not worth the hassle
